Progress the sale by liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors through to completion

Coordinate property appraisals and undertake appraisals in the absence of the valuer

Proficient in using estate agency software (we use Jupix) and tools for listing properties, managing client databases and generating reports

Undertake any other tasks in relation to property sales and also lettings when required

This is a client facing role and work from home is not offered

Easy Home Lets & Sales are looking for someone with knowledge of the local area to join our small friendly team in our family-run office in Coppull Village. We pride ourselves on giving an excellent service to our customers and are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person with previous estate agency experience essential. You will be working in a 'target free' environment where we all work together as a team and unlike corporate high street agents, we prefer to focus on the quality of our service rather than the number of properties in our portfolio. We are a team of 5 women and the right candidate will be replacing Christine who after working for us since we set up our business 12 years ago is sadly leaving us to retire.

Have estate agency experience and be able to hit the ground running from day one

Have experience of negotiating offers, progressing sales, chasing conveyancers and dealing with problems with survey results and incomplete chains etc.

Be able to maintain strong relationships with our existing clients as well as generating new business and new clients

Must have a full UK driving license and the use of your own vehicle for attending appointments, Are you located in or have good knowledge of Chorley and surrounding villages

Hours of work will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm
