Full Job Description

Our team play a critical role in advocating for our tenants. From liaising with agencies to help them access permanent accommodation to supporting them to access education or employment training Branching Out do it all. This includes advocating for them in meetings with services.

There's still time for fun though as you will also support and encourage activities such as football, sports and activities.

Looking for a hands on role? Look no further.

Working on a rota basis means you will need to be flexible over a 7 day rota. Our service operates 24/7, however day shifts are either 08:00 - 15:30 or 14:30 - 22:00. There will be the option to pick up nights on occasion, for which our night enhancement rates will apply.

Change can sometimes be hard so you could face behaviours that challenge, your patient and assertive nature will make sure this doesn't escalate and make sure there are positive outcomes consistently.

Are you confident and resilient with previous experience working with Young People? If the answer is yes, then we have the perfect role for you.

We are looking for individuals with previous experience of working with Young People and who have an understanding the challenges young people face, childhood trauma and it's effects.
