Waste & Recycling Labourer

Labourer driver required for our busy waste recycling centre at Upper Heyford (near Flore), Northampton, NN7 3FA

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

· Sorting skips

· Bailing recyclable materials

· Working in a picking station

· Making concrete 'lego' blocks

· Loading vehicles with waste and aggregates

· Other activities associated with recycling

· Positive attitude towards work

· Reliable and enthusiastic

· Happy to get involved with all tasks given

· Able to work as part of a team

Desirable

· Forklift experience although training will be provided to suitable candidates

· Telehandler experience although training will be provided to suitable candidates.

This job involves working outdoors in all weathers and requires heavy lifting and manual work.

£8.60 - £11.44 an hour - Permanent, Full-time, Hours of work are Monday - Friday 7.30 am to 4.30pm with Saturdays as and when required
