Unit Catering Supervisor | Cravenside Residential Care Home

You will work as part of a team in Cravenside Residential Care Home providing high quality, healthy, balanced meals for service users.,

• Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plans


• Direct and/or supervise other employees


• Order supplies and store deliveries


• Maintain records and stock control


What we are looking for:

• Recognised catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirable


• Experience of catering for large numbers is also desirable


Working Hours/Days:

• Covering Friday afternoon 2.30pm - 5.30pm (3 hours)


• Covering weekends 16 hours (weekend enhancements payable)


• 19 hours per week
  
  This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
