We offer a range of learning and development for all employees may you be clinical or non-clinical., As part of the multidisciplinary team, the Recovery Practitioner is responsible for the assessment, evaluation and implementation of care given to patients within the recovery room without supervision.

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated with excellent communication skills and dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care.

We invite applicants who are either NMC or HCPC registered to join our recovery team.,

  • RGN or RODP, Advanced Life Support

  • Insertion of Laryngeal Mask

  • Diploma/Degree, Anaesthetic and/or surgical and/or recovery skills as specified in post advertised, Experience of mentorship, You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

  • The RBFT comprises of 20 theatres, providing a 24/7 emergency general/trauma and obstetric service through dedicated theatres.

    Our recovery unit consists of four recovery rooms caring for patients from all surgical specialties and from all age groups., Reading sits on the river Thames and is served by great road and rail links to London, Oxford and Southampton. With excellent leisure and shopping facilities, and a thriving cultural scene, Reading is a wonderful place to live, work and play and provides excellent facilities for families, including some of the best state and private schools in the UK.

    The CQC recently rated the care provided by the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust as Good.
