The Wood Shack Customer Service apprenticeship THE JERICHO FOUNDATION

We are looking for apprentices to join our Wood Shack social enterprise in Sutton Coldfield. You will work with our friendly team for 12-15 months and supported to achieve a level 2 Customer Service qualification. We offer start dates throughout the year, and can usually offer starts within a few weeks of application.,

• Collecting wood from customers


• Sorting and processing collected items


• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy and tidy and following strict Health and Safety procedures


• Serving customers


• Using tools to cut wood


• Any other duties requested by the Line Manager
  
  GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 1-3) Desired

Wages explained
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Minimum Wage Rates

Weekly rota in place across 7 days. Shifts are currently Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 4.00pm with a later starting time on Sundays. Opening hours and days may change so this could affect working hours., You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience.
