Full Job Description

  • Oversee and manage operational processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

  • Maintain and manage all factory systems and documentation.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes and systems.

  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to customer and legal requirements, as well as internal processes.

  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, employees, customers, and regulatory bodies.

  • Review and ensure product compliance with current and upcoming regulatory standards.

  • Implement and uphold relevant legislation related to food manufacturing.

  • Monitor departmental KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement on an ongoing basis.

  • Liaise with third party manufacturers


    • To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • HAACP Level 4;

  • Food Safety Level 4;

  • Great people skills;

  • Experience with obtaining BRC accreditation
