Full Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator. Are you looking for a new challenge and would like to work in an organisation that will help you develop and achieve your goals to become the best you can be,then this is the role for you!

This role will provide a confidential and efficient administrative support to the Professional Education & Development Team. You will need to be organised and able to prioritise the competing demands of a busy team. You should be calm, well-motivated person with a positive and flexible approach to your work and able to adapt to challenging/changing situations., The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team. The incumbent will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post, liaising with relevant others in order to provide a high quality seamless service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with an ability to deal with sensitive and challenging situations. The post holder will be required to utilise a computer for word processing and database management. There will be a requirement for the post holder to travel between trust locations in the Staffordshire, Stoke on-Trent and Shropshire area as well as other locations.
