Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic experienced Teaching Assistant to work within our team and be part of our creative school.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school that is committed to achievement for all its pupils, ongoing professional development for staff and to make a real impact on pupils and their progress.

The role will enable you to support both in the classroom and work with small intervention groups.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have an understand of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.

  • Have knowledge of the Read Write Inc Programme (desirable).

  • Have a happy, can-do attitude and can motivate children with confidence and passion.

  • Are committed to children enjoying and engaging in their learning.

  • Are a team player with excellent communication skills and will demonstrate excellent working relationships with colleagues across school.
