Full Job Description
- Are you passionate about attracting talented candidates to deliver critical services within local government?
- Do you have the desire to make this "blank canvas" role your own and deliver both strategic and operational resourcing priorities?
- Do you have the experience and passion to innovate and strengthen our resourcing and talent practices, working as part of a HR & Payroll team?
- Working with managers and HR Business Partners to provide recruitment & resourcing advice, providing innovative and effective resourcing solutions and implementing them to deliver high quality candidates.
- Lead on all aspects of the talent attraction and resourcing cycle across Rugby Borough Council
- Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and Leadership team to implement medium- and long-term resourcing solutions.
