Surveyor

Growing independent practice seeking qualified surveyor with an enthusiasm for producing top quality Surveys and Valuations.

We carry out low volumes of surveys in contrast to the industry standard, but take the time required to focus on quality over quantity. Our reports are detailed and useful.

In addition to Residential surveys we undertake Valuations for a range of purposes including IHT, CGT, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Lease Extensions amongst others.

We have a growing building consultancy practice aspect to our business, so there is the opportunity to get involved with managing small extension and refurbishment projects if you are interested and have the right background.

About the role

- Home based (though regular opportunities to catch up in person)

We are keen to hear from you if you share our values - quality reports, and a focus on Client service.

Role Requirements:

- Experience carrying out RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys and residential valuations

- MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS membership

- RICS Registered Valuer

- Driving License and own car
