Sprinkler Technical Design

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the technical backbone for our incoming enquiries, ensuring that each project proposal is tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will select appropriate systems, components, and designs based on the hazard classifications of each location. This role is pivotal in maintaining the speed and efficiency from enquiry through to proposal, working closely with our Account Manager and installation teams.,

• Evaluate and respond to technical enquiries for commercial mist sprinkler projects.


• Determine the optimal mist system configuration, including pipework, nozzles, and pumps, for specific project requirements.


• Provide specifications and directives to our design team for creating detailed system proposals.


• Collaborate with account management to ensure proposals are turned around quickly and effectively.


• Support the installation team by ensuring all projects adhere to relevant standards and best practices.


• Participate in continuous training on our proprietary systems as well as other leading mist technologies.
  
  Proven experience in designing commercial fire protection systems, either sprinklers or mist systems.


• Strong technical acumen and ability to make quick, informed decisions.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Commitment to high standards of excellence and quality.


• Ability to work remotely and transition to a hybrid work arrangement over time.
