Full Job Description

You will ensure all Restaurant requirements and some Banqueting are dealt with in an orderly and accelerated manner as well as assisting the Head Chef and always acting in accordance with Health & Safety legislation. You will make certain that all stock is correctly labelled and rotated and ensure the kitchen is clean at any given time and liaising with the Stewarding team for all cleaning requirements. You will handle all complaints swiftly and efficiently and logging in handover book and guarantee that all food items that are purchased are received and checked against the invoice, then stored in the correct manner.
