Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. You will also be responsible for managing our online reputation and ensuring consistent messaging across all social media platforms. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives - Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and identify trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage
social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a professional manner - Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand brand reach Skills: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content - Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics - Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research for optimizing content - Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus - Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail If you have a passion for social media management, public relations, and driving brand
