Your Role:
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify potential hazards, safety violations, and identify areas for improvement.

- Clearly communicate inspection findings to relevant stakeholders, including site management and installation teams, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions.

- Ensure timely closure of identified actions by monitoring the implementation of corrective measures and verifying compliance with safety regulations.

- Continuously assess site safety procedures and practices to identify opportunities for enhancing health and safety standards.

- Provide guidance and coaching to site management and installation teams on best practices for maintaining a safe work environment, including proper use of equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and emergency procedures.

- Stay updated on relevant health and safety regulations, codes, and standards to ensure full compliance within work sites.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, corrective actions, and other relevant documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct risk assessments for specific tasks or projects, collaborating with departments/site teams to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

- Assist in the development and delivery of health and safety induction programs for site personnel to increase awareness and promote a culture of safety.

  • Minimum Nebosh General Certificate required.

  • Previous experience in a health and safety role, especially in site inspections and risk assessments, is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to write and review safety documents.
