Full Job Description

+ Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
+ QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
+ Resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations.
+ Positive role model - honesty and empathy are a must.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs of the home.
+ A full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
