Section Leader D

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Section Leader to join our team within the Fosdyke and Surfleet sites, working 19.00-07.00 on a 223 shift pattern.

You will play a vital role within our business, ensuring all operational targets are achieved within budget whilst ensuring Customer Service, Quality, Legality, Food Safety and Health & Safety are never compromised.

Duties to include:

• Ensuring Health & Safety Rules are being adhered to.


• Assisting with Risk Assessments and SSOW's.


• Ensuring High Standards of GMP.


• Organising and leading team for intake, stock control, traying spinach , yard management.


• Planning and managing labour , direct and agency.


• Assist managing hygiene of areas.
  
  A can-do attitude is a must


• Self-motivated and flexible


• Experience of working to challenging KPIs


• Excellent communication skills as will be liaising with drivers, farm team and managers in addition to staff


• 'Hands on' approach


• Competent in using Microsoft Office and processing varied paperwork


• Strong analytical skills
