Full Job Description

  • Managing a field-based sales team to deliver success

  • Building a rapport with business owners and members

  • Engaging with existing and prospective members

  • Recruiting new members

  • Carrying out visits to members garages

  • Membership site inspections to ensure standards are met.

  • Completing daily, weekly and monthly reports

  • Being the face of the organisation to our members

  • Occasional nights away from home

    We are looking for a driven, sales focussed individual, with a proven track record in sales management, who understands the crucial need for premium brand customer service, to inspire and lead our field-based sales team and to increase sales in line with a robust target.


  • The successful individual will be able to lead the team while simultaneously generating sales at the 'coalface'. They will have prior experience in leading a field based sales team and will understand how to develop and use sales measurement and performance data to deliver success and build up the sales team.

  • Sales management experience. (preferably within the Motor Industry)

  • Experience or a genuine desire for a field-based role

  • Good verbal and written skills

  • Able to communicate at all levels.

  • A passion for all things automotive

  • An understanding of business principles

  • A natural desire to support members.

  • Computer literate

  • Organised and self-motivated

  • Possess an unwavering can-do attitude.

  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
