Full Job Description

  • Manage property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately presented across various platforms.

  • Coordinate property viewings, liaising between prospective tenants/buyers and our agents.

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and informative responses.

  • Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements, sales contracts, and other relevant documentation.

  • Maintain organised records of all properties, transactions, and client communications.

  • Support the sales and lettings teams in administrative tasks, including diary management and meeting coordination.

  • Stay updated with local property market trends and regulations.

  • Manage property compliance using our computer systems and assist in the administration of property licensing applications.

    Previous experience in a similar role or in the property sector is advantageous.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Full Driving Licence required, Sales and Lettings: 2 years (required)
