Roch Castle Breakfast Assistant

As Breakfast Assistant, it will be your responsibility to attend to our guests for all their needs, from serving their breakfast through to checking them in and out for their stay.

The role entails:

• Shift times are 7:30am - 11:30am approximately


• Preparing and serving breakfasts to our high company standards.


• Checking guests out using the Property Management System (PMS)


• Cleaning, maintaining and restocking public areas and back of house areas to our high company standards.


• Ensuring all public areas are clean and welcoming to guests at all times.


• Fulfilling all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
