Residential Conveyancer

Award winning firm Hawker Jones Solicitors based in Preston who offer a range of legal services are looking to recruit an ambitious Residential Property Conveyancer with experience of managing their own Conveyancing caseload and is able to run cases from inception to completion, to join their Conveyancing department., The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer and will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a varied caseload of sales and purchases both pre and post completion.

They will have been trained to the highest standard and take pride in their work, have exceptional client care skills. Additionally, have the ability to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Conveyancing laws and confident in advising clients to a high standard.

With a client focused approach, the successful candidate will have the following skills:

• A solid foundation of experience and knowledge in Conveyancing


• Self-motivated and able to progress transactions and manage caseload with minimal supervision


• Capable of building strong and effective relationships.


• Have a good understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and any other regulatory requirements.


• Ability to work quickly and maintain high levels of accuracy.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs


• Good technical knowledge and be an organised individual


• Outstanding client care skills.


• Ability to work well within a team
