Full Job Description
- Delivering and monitoring of regeneration projects including UK SPF and Town Deal. As well as other regeneration projects/programmes.
- Working on all aspects of regeneration, from sourcing funding, working with potential developers, creating frameworks and delivery of projects.
- Creating strong working relationships with all stakeholders involved in regeneration in Charnwood. Leading or assisting on other Council economic development and regeneration projects as required.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.
Charnwood is one of the largest shire district councils in the country based on population, serving around 183,000 people. - Generous annual leave of between 23 and 28 days of leave (depending on length of service) plus bank holidays
