Recruitment Consultant Apprentice

Due to business growth Coulter Elite are looking to hire and train an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant
who will be working out of our Peterborough Head Office to support the inhouse recruitment team. In role
you will have the opportunity to learn a brand-new industry whilst simultaneous learning in role with huge
potential of long term career development prospects for you to move into within the wider business.

As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant you will:
o Be provided with full in-house training to provide you with the skills, tools and confidence to build a
successful recruitment career within the business
o Have a dedicated Senior Consultant who will take you under their wing to coach and help you on a

daily basis, providing a stable and supportive environment for you coming onboard
o Work alongside others in the office to support on various candidate search campaigns, speaking with
suitable candidates to match skills to client roles
o Have the opportunity to understand our clients' culture more effectively and build up your account
management skills
o Assist the branch consultants in coming up with creative ways of attracting more candidates to
clients jobs whilst also helping to write, publish and promote job adverts through our various social media
and job board channels

o No recruitment experience or knowledge is required
o Have a strong work ethic with the ability to learn new processes, systems and skills
o Must be a strong communicator with the ability to work effectively within a lively and energetic team
environment
o Hold the ability to build excellent relationships with colleagues and clients alike
o Think logically to problem solve and come up with creative solutions to help clients find the perfect
candidate for their job vacancy
o Ideally hold a full UK driving licence (or display a willingness to gain this licence within the near future)
