Full Job Description
- Understanding and applying relevant standards and codes of practice so that our Customers, Pro - Pak Foods and Legal requirements are achieved and maintained.
- Understanding and successfully implanting the quality management systems
- Assist in the delivery of site standards for visits and audits either through direct input, indirect support and/ or organisation of QA Team activities
- Manage QA requirements for product launches
- You'll be the role model for delivering key behaviour's and values
- Operating in a safe working manner and support the site/business with continuous improvements
- Assist in communicating to suppliers on technical issues to achieve resolution
- Understanding of HACCP and experience working in food manufacturing
- Salary £27,000
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays. An option to buy up to 5 extra days holiday
- Hours 6am till 6pm 4 days on 4 days off

You will provide practical support to drive and promote a Quality Assurance culture.
Our ideal candidate would have previous experience gained within a similar role within food manufacturing. However, for the right person full training can be given to those who enjoy working as part of a small team and working with other departments on site to ensure adherence to product safety, legality and quality.
