Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and specifications.

Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.

Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate software functionality and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Document and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools and work closely with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of software quality processes and practice.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.

Proven experience working as a Quality Analyst or Software Tester in a software development environment.

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and debug software issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
