Full Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished and dedicated Product Owner to join us to lead the requirement gathering, delivery of our roadmap and manage prioritisation of current and future sprints. It will ensure the relevant governance and process is in place for new releases and work with business stakeholders to deliver improvements. As Product Owner - Ecommerce, you'll be the website technical product owner for our Liz Earle, No7 UK & US ecommerce sites and be the primary contact for our internal and external development and QA teams.

Sitting in No7 Beauty Company IT you'll be responsible for ensuring that project management processes are followed and standardising documentation across projects.,

  • As an important member of the team, you will oversee the delivery roadmap including prioritisation of backlog of issues ensuring remediation and delivery.

  • Manage interaction with our partners ensuring tracking of development resources and relationship oversight.

  • Facilitate provision of information to support roadmap including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation and support / training

  • Provide leadership in ensuring delivery against time, budget and requirements. This includes, where required, management of different resources both within and outside of the No7 Beauty Company business. This will also include driving through process and business change to support eCommerce improvement and business growth

  • Maintain project governance & status updates

    Previous experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role

  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external agencies

  • Stakeholder management skills with an ability to build relationships and influence

  • You'll need to be resilient in the face of challenges, and care and support others within the team, Experience of working within a retail organisation

  • Expertise in multiple project delivery methodologies and processes (including waterfall and agile)

  • Experience of project management systems e.g. Jira, MS Project, KeyedIn, Wrike
