Full Job Description

ICT UK are looking for Process Engineers who share are values and believes. Are goal is to become the leading independent manufacturer in the markets which we operate in.

In this role as a Process Engineer you will be driving operational excellence within the manufacturing department via improving overall efficiency output and safety/quality standards. You will be using your ability to track and trend data to identify areas of opportunity which can improve the day to day operation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and monitor manufacturing processes utilising LEAN manufacturing principles where possible.

  • Work closely with the Engineering and Manufacturing team to ensure all processes meet industry standards.

  • Provide in depth knowledge of the equipment and current process to provide technical support and guidance to production team.

  • Conduct and analyse trials for both process improvement and product development.

  • Prepare reports and present findings to the management team.

  • Input to equipment maintenance, safety and quality procedures and systems.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining process engineering documents such as work instructions, FMEA, risk assessments, SOP's etc.

  • Drive continuous improvement within the manufacturing area.

    Able to demonstrate a good understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.

  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and suppliers to understand technical and QMS related documents.

  • Good numerical skills appropriate to managing and reviewing tool sampling and validation processes and summarising of data within technical reports.

  • Must be able to work alone and in a team, with good leadership ability.

  • Understanding and experience of CGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice)

  • Understanding of verification and validation processes for equipment and processes including IQ/OQ/PQ and able to write protocols and reports.

    ICT UK was founded in 2018 and already sells in the UK with a salesforce in place dedicated to the development of the UK market. ICT's next move is to build a new plant in the Northern Gateway site in Deeside, North Wales.


  • It will be a state-of-the-art and a fully integrated plant for the production and sale of Tissue paper reels and of consumer products. These products will be marketed in Britain and Ireland through large retailers' private labels and ICT's own brand FOXY
