Full Job Description

You'll be a key addition to our Pre-Contracts team, taking responsibility for the regional strategic procurement and contracting works / services for the rollout of our full fibre network, as well as the planning and awarding of work packages under our existing framework contracts. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Supporting the wider team to implement contracting and sourcing strategies

  • Proactively engage stakeholders and suppliers throughout the framework lifecycle to ensure work is contracted in line with our agreed rollout plan and budget

  • Supporting the ongoing commercial analysis of tender submissions and contract rates

  • Identifying new suppliers, conducting initial engagement, and making recommendations to the business

  • Owning the framework call-off- production and award, including Bill of Quantities production, design inputs and contract programmes

  • Owning post-contract award processes and activities, including contract handover, storage, and expiry management, CityFibre is working hard to change up the telecoms industry.     You'll already have some experience in supply chain or procurement administration alongside the willingness to grow and learn surrounded by an experienced and supportive team. You'll also bring the following with you:

  • Ability to manage your time effectively, change priorities and work to deadlines

  • Experience analysing data and making informed conclusions

  • Strong stakeholder and supplier engagement skills - building long-term successful relationships

  • Competent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    This is a hybrid role where you'll spend at least one day a week working from your local office (this may vary week-to-week depending on stakeholder requirements).
