Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our Nursing team with experience in doing long term condition management or willing to train to this level. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a GP Surgery setting.
The job role would be at Woodhall Spa New Surgery and our Branch site, Bardney Surgery.
Key features of role:
- Direct clinical involvement in long term condition management
- Delivery of nursing care to patients in the practice population
- Providing advice, support and liaison with other practice staff
- Involvement in QOF management
- May include treatment room nurse duties.
Registered Nurse - Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to cover holidays and sick leave at both sites
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience working in Primary care
