Full Job Description

As a PPC and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for our dental brand. You will also be responsible for managing all of our SEO efforts., PPC:

  • Develop and execute PPC strategies, across Google, Meta, Youtube, Bing etc, to optimise online visibility, drive traffic, and maximize conversion rates.

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases with high traffic potential.

  • Effectively manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign performance. This includes monitoring spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings or reallocation, and providing regular budget reports.

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs (e.g. RoAS, Revenue, CTR, CPC, CR%, Impr. etc…) to derive insights and identify areas for improvement.

  • Utilise data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad strategies and make informed decisions to enhance overall campaign performance.


  • SEO:
  • Conduct keyword research, analyse competitor activities, and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.

  • Optimise website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve organic search visibility and rankings for targeted keywords.

  • Perform regular technical audits of the website to identify and address issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, site speed issues). Implement technical SEO best practices to ensure website health and performance in search engine results.

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute an effective content strategy aligned with SEO goals. This involves identifying relevant topics and keywords, optimising content for search engines, and implementing internal linking strategies to enhance website authority and relevance.

    Proven experience in PPC and SEO management, preferably within the dental or health sector but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve conversion rates while maintaining defined ROI metrics.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Resourceful, independent thinker with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and results within established timelines.
