Full Job Description

As a PNC Operator you will contribute to the effective and efficient maintenance and operation of the Police National Computer systems by receiving, recording, processing and disclosing information to a high standard, whilst also responding to enquiries from authorised personnel in accordance with local and national policies. Should you join us your tasks will include:

  • Operating the Police National Computer providing information to staff within Cafcass and outside the organisation when required

  • Assist in confidential searches and updates

  • Receive and action Level 1 & 2 requests for Police information

  • A relevant qualification in business administration (e.g. NVQ2)

    We are recruiting for the role of Police National Computer Operator in our National Business Centre in Coventry.
