Personal Assistant / Support worker

I am a 8 year old girl with digeorge syndrome, I have autism, I have epilepsy, thrombocytopenia, I cannot walk, I am registered blind, these are the conditions which affect me on a daily basis. I am a sociable little girl when i get to know you, i love music, animals, going out for coffee and walks. More than anything i love to laugh, I have a good sense of humour.
Gastrostomy milk feeds and medicines
Oral feeding
Toileting cares/pad changes, giving baths, getting dressed
Helping and supervising
Moving and lifting as i cannot walk but I can help with transfers.
Taking me out for trips
