PDCS Team Manager

Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities We are searching for an individual with exceptional skills in self-management and organisation, who is confident in collaborating with and leading a team. Good IT skills and an understanding of data are necessary for the role. The role may require working independently, but regular support and contact will be provided by other team managers and the service manager. The Team Manager will oversee the service and support the delivery/review and development of the care pathways. You will be working closely with the senior clinical leadership, including the Consultant and Principal Psychologists and to think with those team leaders how we can make processes smoother and eliminate repetition and delays in the service user journey. A key part of your role will be to lead a team that will be delivering psychoeducational groups and structured short-term interventions. The post holder will be
responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of the service ensuring clinical governance arrangements are in place providing clinical leadership for the service and supporting the day-to-day functioning of the team.
