Full Job Description

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, your role will predominantly be focused on working with our clients to develop, execute campaigns and deliver against them. You should expect to work on our tier 1 and 2 clients across eCommerce, B2B, Tech and SaaS as well as financial services.,

  • Building relationships with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business goals and product offerings so you can develop paid media solutions to support their business growth

  • Delivering multi-channel paid media campaigns that are rooted in revenue-based KPIs and tied to the buyer's journey

  • Implementing the technical set-up of paid search and paid social campaigns including conversion tracking, landing page building, asset design and copywriting

  • Improving data visibility through effective tagging, Looker Studio set up and CRM reporting

  • Feed into paid media strategy for clients with the Paid Media Lead and Head of Performance

  • Be comfortable with client campaign budget management

    Aira is an award-winning performance marketing agency with a global footprint and our Paid Media team is expanding. We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive with experience in growing brands through revenue-first paid search and social campaigns to join our team.


  • You'll need demonstrable knowledge of key platforms (Google/Microsoft/Meta/LinkedIn) as you will be getting stuck into key clients across e-Commerce, B2B, tech, SaaS and professional services. Key responsibilities of the role include building and managing client campaigns and delivering against revenue targets and KPIs.,
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a paid search-orientated role (e.g paid media executive)

  • At least 1 years of experience working at a digital or performance marketing agency

  • Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients that are underpinned by success metrics and KPIs

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Able to function independently on campaign delivery, as well as collaboratively with wider team members on strategy

  • Experience in using core ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • Experience reporting from analytics platforms, preferably Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
