Working as part of the Outbound Team for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of sales, campaign promotions and activitiesInteract with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails)Providing a first-class experience for customers each and every timeActing as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problemsAdvising customers on the best services available, using product knowledge to showcase the best solutionsUp sell additional products as needs ariseBuilding rapport with customersProviding a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputationCapture, maintain and ensure quality of customer dataIdentify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents or trendsHighlighting and escalating issues as necessaryDelivering and maintaining both individual and team targets

Ideally at least 12 months experience within an outbound and/or account management roleSelf-driven and hungry mentality, driven to offer great service through your strong work ethicExperience of working autonomouslyProfessional approach, experience with business customersA passion for delivering first class customer serviceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalGood social and interpersonal skills, a team playerExcellent problem-solving skills; solution focusedQuality focused with attention to detailEmpathetic, a warm, helpful, and positive approachHigh degree of resilience, perseverance, focus and commitmentUnflappable, resilient and able to juggle tasks and bounce back quicklyIT Savvy with good MS Office (Word and Excel) and keyboard skillsThe commitment to work towards individual targets and KPIsWillingness to travel to ad-hoc customer fairs and training eventsFlexibility in hours of work/shift patternComfortable within fast changing and developing environment
