Full Job Description
- This role can be offered as a Secondment to Internal colleagues OR a Fixed Term Contract for External candidates
- Supporting the delivery of projects on time, consistently enhancing the customer's experience
- Working alongside UAT Test and System Analysts to co-ordinate test cycles
- Reviewing systems, documentation and ensure data is available on the platform with appropriate levels of set-up and configuration
- Handling all assigned logs and emails within defined Service Level
- Conducting regular checks to ensure customer reports are sent to the correct recipients
Demonstrable customer focused approach - Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in using departmental computer systems/databases

In this pivotal role, you'll provide essential administrative and business support to Project and Transformation Delivery within Travel, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects while enhancing the customer experience and maintaining efficient operations within the team.
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:
