Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our growing team at Roadways, working part-time (2-3 days per week).

The successful candidate will report directly to our HR Manager and assist the HR Manager and People and Risk Manager with various administrative tasks.,

  • Keeping information up to date on relevant databases

  • Preparing documentation

  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Helping to maintain training records and booking external training as required as well as ensuring that staff complete e-learning modules and Toolbox Talks

  • Assisting with coordinating inductions, training and safety critical medicals

  • Printing and scanning documentation as required from teams across the Company

  • Assisting with the day to day running of the office by keeping the offices and kitchen tidy and maintained.

    The full time salary (based on 40-hours per week) is from £22,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience but this may be negotiable for the right person. This will be prorated based on the agreed hours of work.
