Full Job Description

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, positive, organised and enjoys working as part of a team. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and will act as first point of contact for the team during office hours. You will respond appropriately in all situations by obtaining all relevant information and liaising with colleagues and other persons involved.

As Office Administrator you will be required to;

Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and Excel.
Have basic administrative duties.
Make & respond to telephone calls.
Answer email and telephone enquiries.

Input information gathered onto spreadsheets

You will be required to support all departments across the company and help with their every day duties and meet deadlines.

You will be required to learn the basics of all departments to cover sickness and holidays.
Full training will be given.

The successful candidate will face tasks with a "can do" attitude, will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels and an attention to detail.
