Nursery Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care.

Duties:
- Drive the overall success and growth of the nursery
- Manage and supervise nursery staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards
- Create a stimulating and engaging environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and coordinate age-appropriate activities, curriculum, and educational programs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, enrollment, and child development progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments or professionals to support children with special needs or behavioral challenges
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining inventory of supplies

Early Childhood Education qualification Level 3 minimum or over preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of nursery regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in early childhood education
