Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.

QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs of the home.

A full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
