Night Delivery Driver

St Ives (PE27) and surrounding areas, Self Employed Delivery Driver Required - Delivering a healthy amount of food/drink deliveries within your local area using your own vehicle. - Competitive rates of pay for each order you deliver - Earning potential equates to the equivalent of £10 - £20 p/h (paid per order) - The more you deliver the more you can earn! - Self-Employed roles suitable for independent contractors wishing to accept offers of work up to 5 days per week depending on order volume - we welcome those that already supply services to other carriers or businesses but will require prioritising restaurant orders. Please note we are a 24-hour business and have range of days and hours available.

What you'll be doing: As a Self-Employed Courier, you'll deliver happiness, as well as delicious desserts. You'll use your friendliness, warmth and attention to detail to deliver every order safely with a smile. You will try your best to ensure the food/drink has a stable ride and does not spoil/ruin.

Phone tracking is required for delivery system and will be linked to store phone (we can set this up)

Car/van preferably. motorbike will be limited to orders in 5 miles from shop and bi-cycles will be limited to orders within 2 miles to keep orders in best condition.

All tips on orders you fulfil will be tallied and paid as bonus on a weekly basis

If you wish to be paid per hour basis you may be asked to other tasks including but not limited to; leafleting and kitchen/business tasks.

What we can provide: Soft Cooler Delivery Bag, Security Body Camera, Delivery Uniform, We can also provide a Plug in freezer for long distance deliveries (required for over 6 miles).

Working Hours: Flexible,

Available - Mon-Thu 9pm-3am.

Necessary Fri-Sun 6pm-3am, Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and record necessary proof of delivery with provided body camera
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns

No experience needed but a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive in various weather conditions and navigate different routes
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures is a plus but not necessary

Day Rate 6am-10pm

£ pay per delivery rate dependant on distance + 45p per mile or £12 an hour, £14 after probation period + 45p per mile

Night Rate 10pm-6am

£ pay per delivery rate dependant on distance + 45p per mile or £13 an hour, £15.50 after probation + 45p per mile, Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 40 per week
