Multi Skilled Tradesman / woman

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to electrical work, carpentry, fabrication, masonry, roofing, plumbing, welding, and painting. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools., Perform electrical work, including wiring and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building structures
- Fabricate and assemble components using various materials and techniques
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct masonry work, including laying bricks or stones to construct walls or other structures
- Repair and maintain roofs by replacing damaged shingles or tiles
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and pipes
- Weld metal components together to create or repair structures
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces to enhance their appearance and protect them from damage, Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.

Proven experience as a Tradesman or similar role
- Proficiency in electrical work, carpentry, fabrication, masonry, roofing, plumbing, welding, and painting
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in various trades
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
