Motability Specialist

To be a Motability Specialist, it is essential that you hold a full UK drivers' licence.

What does the role of Motability Specialist involve?

• You will deal with all new and used car enquiry leads, converting those appointments into sales, ensuring all sales leads are maximised


• You will be selling through volume of new and used cars, alongside upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages


• You'll drive the sales process, from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products and sales through to delivery and handover of the vehicle
  
  Background in customer service/sales and a keen interest in the automotive industry


• The drive to hit your targets month after month - a natural people person, passionate about making our customers happy!


• Previous sales experience is favourable but not necessary, experience using computer systems is a must
  
  £22,000 basic salary, OTE of £45,000, with 6 months guaranteed bonus and company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.
