MILL MANAGER

We have an opportunity for a Mill Manager to join our team to ensure that Navenby Mill continues to operate and perform to our high standards. Exposure to a Feed Mill environment would be desirable, however transferrable skills will be considered from other production based backgrounds.

The successful candidate will provide overall responsibility in the efficient day to day running of the Mill through the organisation and management of the employees and through direct supervision of Mill production, stock and quality control. With Safety being a condition of Moy Park Ltd, you will ensure that all health, safety and hygiene processes are strictly adhered to.

You will be a sound decision maker who can work autonomously and will be confident in applying your people management skills to supervise and co-ordinate the team, ensuring continuous improvement.

Monday to Friday shift pattern, working 40 hours per week, although flexibility will be required through an on-call rota.
