Full Job Description

TiPJAR's new Marketing and Partnerships Lead will have stand-alone responsibility for all of our physical and digital efforts - getting us in front of potential customers, building our brand, and constantly working to strengthen our positioning as market leaders.
As the ideal person for this role, you'll have a passion for content of various mediums, a big personality, and a can-do attitude. We're looking for someone who wants to own their space, conceptualise, and implement big ideas, and grow further into their role over time. With partnerships being a key part of the TiPJAR offering, in addition to marketing responsibilities the ideal candidate will also need the ability to build, manage and execute GTM strategies with our industry partners.

You'll be someone with a drive to achieve goals and a passion for developing and maintaining a consistent and awesome brand. You'll be hungry to learn by getting stuck in and "doing" -ready and willing to bridge gaps in your knowledge without needing to be asked!

Here's a look at what your responsibilities will include:

  • Turn business objectives into an effective marketing strategy to help the business achieve its goals

  • Manage and report on the marketing budget

  • Work collaboratively with sales and product to ensure there is buy in and understanding about future marketing campaigns

  • Support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects, and tool up our customer team with material to drive retention and upsell

  • Manage and execute our digital strategies across our social media, websites, SEO, PPC and trade press

  • Initiate & develop our partnership go-to-market strategies to increase referral lead generation

  • Manage and continuously update our inbound lead channels to reflect the latest initiatives

  • Execute a variety of content marketing activities - thought leadership, blogs, webinars and video

  • Ensure automated workflows are set up and working, and content is used to personalise the experience for our various personas

  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)

  • Manage, execute, activate and attend events across the industry

    A natural flair for design

  • Strong creative and content writing abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing in hospitality

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

  • Ability to assess your own capability - both where you're brilliant and where you need to upskill and seek the support of experts in their field

  • The ability to manage GTM strategies with partners

  • A desire to learn on the go and collaborate with a highly passionate team

  • A passion for hospitality!
