Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team. This is a varied role across all marketing activities to increase leads and website traffic, carry out analysis, as well as managing external relationships. The role will involve:

  • Generating as many quality leads and in-bound enquiries to the business as possible via a range of activities including managing content:

  • + Implement and refine our content strategy; hosting, producing, and promoting our award-winning podcast; creating new written and video case studies; managing article production and promotion, maintaining and updating website; creating relevant lead magnets
    + Enhancing email marketing content plan; growing and refining mailing list; implementing bi-weekly emails
    + Planning, executing, promoting, hosting, and follow up of our popular webinars
    + Supporting wider teams for the production of ad-hoc materials where required, e.g. for events, broadcast days etc.
  • Using and improving the use of marketing technology such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and paid advertising platforms (e.g. social and Google) to run and measure success of campaigns;

  • Monitoring performance of marketing activity; supporting competitor research reports; quarterly analytics reporting; contributing new ideas to increase the efficiency of marketing activities; monitoring ongoing campaign spending against allocated budgets and measuring ROI

  • Assisting with brand safeguarding, website maintenance and optimisation, SEO best practice, rebranding collateral

  • Hands-on experience and marketing expertise

  • Experience in B2B management consultancy preferred

  • Data-driven marketing approach

  • Experience of optimising the use of a MAP preferably HubSpot

  • Proven record in generating consistent leads and enquiries

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation

  • Proven ability to drive the marketing process

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Copywriting and design skills (with Adobe suite) are preferable

  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
