Marketing & Customer Experience Manager Executive

Manage the email campaigns and liaise with content creator for socials.

Websites management:

Including imagery & copy updates, product management, blog writing, theme updates. Liaise with SEO & PPC consultants.

Shopify / D2C Sales:

Manage Shopify updates and customer relations. Reporting on orders, discounts, customer analysis and sales figures for Shopify, Amazon and Not on the Hight Street.

The Brand Decks:

Update & maintain decks for Sales and Communications

Marketing opportunities:

Seek & manage giveaways, competitions, and partnerships.

Brand Identity:

Manage photography shoots and POS. Manage artwork updates with designer if unable to do inhouse.

General Marketing:

Maintain events planner and feedback analytics from campaigns. Seek other opportunities. Work with PR consultant on communications.

Events:

Design assets and assist in event planning and implementation.

Consumer Relations:

Shared management of customer relations inbox, monitoring and responding to customer queries.

This is a busy role suited for an energetic go getter with 1-2 years' experience within marketing. They will need to have good organisational skills, good time management, be able to take instruction and be a team player. They will be an integral part of a small team so will need to be willing to get involved in all aspects of the business from time to time if required., Microsoft Suit (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Canva & Photoshop

Shopify (Essential),
