Marketing & Communications Executive

· Management of social media for both corporate / B2B & consumer channels across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & others.

· Production of online and offline marketing materials, literature, brochures and internal communications; using the company brand to increase our profile and launch new services.

· Researching and developing new content ideas.

· Website content maintenance.

· Managing social media profiles, engaging with existing followers, and increasing traffic.

· Monitor online customer reviews and testimonials.

· Email marketing.

· Internal communication support.

· Data analysis & reporting on social and communications campaigns.

· Copywriting for press releases.

· Supporting events programme with relevant communications

· Liaising with other departments to provide communications support as necessary

· Contributing to the development, implementation of communications plans and liaising across several departments across the business.

· Creation of digital marketing and social content, and supporting the production of online and offline marketing materials, literature, brochures, and internal communications.

· Managing key stakeholders & partners.

· Experience working within a marketing environment in a similar role.

· Degree in relevant marketing/ communications subject.

· Proficient in using Adobe Suite design programs & Microsoft Office suite & social media platforms.

· Highly motivated, target driven with a passion for customer services, customer satisfaction & brand reputation.

· Proficient in task & time management with proven work planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills.

· Ability to support and contribute to initiatives for improvement in processes.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication & telephony skills.

· An ability to analyse problems and exercise good judgement in finding effective solutions.

· Be accurate and thorough, with attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of quality.

· Adaptable to differing environments with excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate and manage key relationships.

· Professional attitude demonstrating enthusiasm and a 'can-do' mentality.

Package: £25,000 to £27,000 (OTE £30,000 with uncapped commissions)

Holidays: 20 Days (April - March) increasing to 25 days after 1 years' service

Working Week: Mon to Thu 8:45am to 5:30pm & Fri 8:45am to 3:55pm
