Full Job Description

Here at Lifeways in Higham Ferrers we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work, however, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

This service is supporting one individual and experience is desired. Driving is essential to take the individual we support out into the community and do fun activities. Activities like Badminton, Swimming, Cinema, bowling and going to the gym.

  • MONDAY to FRIDAY working between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm.
