Full Job Description

Denstone College wish to provide an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our friendly and supportive
maintenance team. You will be responsible for conducting and supporting with required maintenance tasks around the site. The
working days will predominantly be Monday to Friday with potential, occasional call outs for emergency situations. If you are
experienced in a maintenance role within a commercial setting, we would like to hear from you!

  • Have experience in a maintenance role within a commercial environment

  • Experience of painting and decorating is desired

  • Experience of working in a maintenance role within an education environment is desirable


  • Working knowledge of trades such as plastering, painting and decorating, joinery, plumbing and electrical


  • Ability to work on own initiative within given guidelines

  • Ability to work as part of a team
